Q.    How long does it take before i receive my order?
A.    For bulk business gift orders the lead time is shown in the description, we would 
        make you aware of  any delays at time of order. 

Q,    How do I send you my artwork or branding instructions?
A.    You can just email us your files and instructions 
        to info@focusbranding.co.uk

Q.    What format do you need my artwork in?
A.    We can work with almost anything but best are EPS, PDF, JPG, BMP, TIF and 
        WORD files.
